SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Rachel’s Table of Western Massachusetts recently celebrated two significant milestones aimed at expanding its efforts to fight hunger.
The non-profit organization moved into a larger office space within the Springfield Jewish Community Center and unveiled a new pickup truck for its gleaning program.
The move to the Springfield Jewish Community Center provides Rachel’s Table with a major upgrade from its previous location. The new office is 1,600 square feet, an increase from its former 600-square-foot space. This added capacity helps the non-profit keep pace with its growth while advancing its mission to alleviate food insecurity across the region.
Jodi Falk, executive director of Rachel’s Table of Western Massachusetts, highlighted the impact of the new headquarters.
