The Rachel’s Tabe Teen Board holds twice monthly programming for teens in Middle and High School from September to May. One meeting, where teens learn about food insecurity, Rachel’s Table and more. Also, one community service event, where teens gain hands on experience serving the community.

Here 2023-2024 Officer Franza and Melina Talk about the Teen Board on Rachel’s Table Infocus Special on WWLP, originally aired in May 2024

The mission of the Rachel’s Table Teen Board is to alleviate childhood hunger, educate youth about food insecurity, and advocate for food justice in western Massachusetts through events and projects.

Most recently, the Teen Board helped organize Outrun Hunger, a 5k and 1 mile fun run at Forest Park. This is a biannual fundraiser that helps fun the teen board and other Rachel’s Table programs.
