How to Host a Food Drive on Behalf of Rachel’s Table:
- Contact Rachel’s Table to express interest: call our Operations Manager, Kathy Henry – (413) 733-0084
- Provide us with the details of the food drive:
- Organization & contact information
- Location of food drive
- Dates Food Drive will be held
- Operations Manager to provide the following:
- Wish List
- Rachel’s Table “Donate Here Banner” to post near the donation bin site
- Once food drive is near completion, contact Operations Manager to schedule pick up & delivery of the donated items.
**If your organization has a specific agency that you’d like the food drive to benefit, the wish list can be revised to meet the needs of the agency. Upon completion of the food drive, the donated items will be picked up by Rachel’s Table volunteer driver and delivered to the specified agency.
