Growing Gardens Coordinator (GGC) – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Summary:
RTWM’s Growing Gardens (GG) program supports diverse agencies in building and maintaining on-site gardens in which they grow culturally affirming food, flowers, and community with their constituents. We are in the process of evaluating impact and refining future trajectories of the program. The GGC plays a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant, well-supported network of agency gardeners. They coordinate program logistics, ensure successful implementation of seasonal events and workshops, and support community partners in sustaining and strengthening their gardens. The GGC brings event planning and facilitation experience and is ready to lead on-the-ground operations while learning the program’s specific vision and approach. They steward volunteer engagement and ensure that GG programming reflects and supports our community partners’ strengths, needs, and cultures.

Youth and Young Adult Engagement Coordinator (YC) – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Summary:

Youth are essential to RTWM’s mission and operations. The Youth and Young Adult Engagement Coordinator (YC) is a new role that builds on our previous Teen Board Coordinator position to support and expand youth involvement across RTWM programs. The YC will work directly with teens and young adults to foster leadership, education, and service rooted in Jewish and intercultural/interfaith values. This role includes coordinating the RTWM Teen Board, supporting youth participation in land-based programs, and integrating youth perspectives across the organization’s work.

Visual Design, Communications and Marketing Coordinator (VCMC) – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Summary:

Visual design, communications and marketing are essential to any nonprofit’s capacity to fulfill its mission by telling its story to the public and essential stakeholders. The Visual Design, Communications, and Marketing Coordinator (VCMC) is an expanded role of the previous visual design coordinator to integrate design, communication, and current digital marketing systems to meet strategic goals. This VCMC will execute on-brand visual designs for both external and internal needs, create and support print and email marketing and fundraising, and support RTWM’s mission and operations with digital storytelling. The VCMC will work with all staff, report to the Executive Director, and coordinate visual elements of RTWM according to approved Marketing/Communication and Development plans.
