Whether you’re a business, school, or community group, their team makes it easy by providing a suggested wish list, promotional materials, and coordinating pickup of donations. Your efforts help ensure quality food reaches local agencies and families who need it most.

Provide us with the details of the food drive:
- Organization & contact information
- Location of food drive
- Dates Food Drive will be held
Operations Manager to provide the following:
- Wish List
- Rachel’s Table “Donate Here Banner” to post near the donation bin site
Once food drive is near completion, contact Operations Manager to schedule pick up & delivery of the donated items.
**If your organization has a specific agency that you’d like the food drive to benefit, the wish list can be revised to meet the needs of the agency. Upon completion of the food drive, the donated items will be picked up by a Rachel’s Table volunteer driver and delivered to the specified agency.
