SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Pioneer Valley Financial Group has donated $10,000 to Rachel’s Table of Western Massachusetts to help alleviate hunger and reduce food waste in the region.
The donation is aimed at enhancing Rachel’s Table’s garden program, which plays a vital role in providing fresh produce to those in need. The funds provided by Pioneer Valley Financial Group are put towards Rachel’s Table’s Seed Sustainer Level of the Tend-a-Garden sponsor program.
Jodi Falk, executive Director of Rachel’s Table, highlighted the significance of the donation. “Support like this helps ensure our neighbors can grow food, build resilience, and nourish their communities for years to come.”
